Which Wiki to Use

This is a post that I also put on my main blog, but it's relevant here.

I’ve become very interested in wikis in the past year. I haven’t had a lot of opportunity to use them for collaborating with others, but Alec Couros turned me on to using them for presentations and we are starting to
make use of them in some of the courses that I’m designing. I’ve tried
out three different wikis that are hosted and found that the one to use

I am attaching my lesson plan and I will post a blog post when I have finished the rest of the lesson. Download mpil.doc

It's a great thing to have! If I didn't have it in my room I don't think I would have been able to use as much technology as I did. I have been showing a ton of videos from United Streaming (www.unitedstreaming.com). This is a website that has educational videos for almost any subject. These videos a… Continue

My Class Blog...

Hello Everyone!

I hope you have all had great internship experiences like I have. I know that I shared earlier in the semester about the blog that I started in my classroom, but I just wanted to talk about it again now that it is more active. I choose to use www.classblogmeister.com for my blog because I found it to be very user friendly, especially for someone like me who is not really that good with computers. I also like that fact that each child gets their own blog page in which th… Continue
